AOC seems to be the one that will carry on with Sanders legacy and beliefs. He’s basically handed her his torch. I imagine she’ll be a heavy hitter over the next 10 years or so in the Democratic Party. Would not surprise me at all if she becomes a nominee for president in that time span. Also would not surprise me if she won.

While I do agree, I think she's not as intelligent and experienced with the politics and science. She has some growing room to do. But, hey, in 20 years, if she's still around, perhaps she will be a powerhouse.

Sometimes, she makes herself look like a complete ignorant idiot in her attempts to do a gotcha or make a point. And she virtue signals far too much.

I'm not so sure i'll want AOC as much in 20 years, but I'd still want her as president.

As we now know, intelligence is not a requirement to be president.

But yeah I agree, she definitely needs to grow and mature more.

The country will suffer if she ever becomes president. In ways the Trump whiners could not imagine. Especially if it's at a time when dems control the house and senate? Oh my.

LOW EXPECTATIONS: CNN's Van Jones admits Democrats expect Joe Biden to be terrible but will support him anyway

I know what people are thinking: this is shocking to nobody.

I still enjoy when they admit their bias though. I mean, it's like if OJ just flat out admitted he killed Nicole.

Biden is decent in his own right but Trumpers are making him a god as they are with Harris. It's ridiculous.

He was just average last night, it wasn't a terrible speech, but it also wasn't some history setting speech and performance.

What Trumpers did though with their months and months of painting Biden out to be a drooling fool who couldn't string a sentence together due to "dementia", is they lowered the bar to the floor and Biden shined in the settings they set. "Sleepy Joe", wasn't so sleepy. They did this to themselves.

Speaking of doing things to themselves: the problem leftists with low expectations have just run into is that we still have over 2 months to go until the election.

So if giving one speech without messing up is proof the narrative of him being a drooling idiot who can't string words together is wrong...any gaffes in upcoming interviews could then now legitimately be pointed to as proof of cognitive decline.

Cuz how can you hail giving a speech without errors as proof of no cognitive impairment and then say "well, errors in other appearances do not indicate the opposite tho".

So they need to hope and pray he makes no errors again prior to the election.

Yeah, that's kinda the case. I think the upset is more to do with he used to be Obama's VP and he has a good freindship with Obama. Same old crap.

If you stopped licking boots for once you'd find out the "upset" over his speech is largely nonexistent.

I get that you wanna be liked kid, but this ain't it.

At least you're finally being honest about your feelings.

Damn I thought Blake would die of cirrhosis of the liver alone in a hostel, but he just got murdered here.

Murdered alone in a hostel?

Yeah, Jim Beam slays another.

Since KMC Trumpers are reeling like they got poleaxed from Biden not failing last night as they claimed he would, I will post some good news for them. Trump is tied with Biden in Minnesota

Why is this good news for Trump you say? Because Trump lost MN in 2016 by 1.5 points. It was a close race then, it's still a close race now.

Simple projection.... and you aren't funnny. 😐

I dunno sometimes Rob can be funny I guess. Like when he gets triggered over Trump and Trump related things.

You are correct about how leftists project a lot tho.

Your back bothering you today, buddy?

This is bad news for Biden. If they are tied, that means Trump is ahead in reality.

To see what I mean, check out the polling results, final, from 2016:

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/mn/minnesota_trump_vs_clinton-5591.html

But that article tries to point out they control for the 'shy Trump voter" but they just so happen to match another pollster's results who does not do that:

"An Emerson College survey, the only other poll of Minnesota released this month, found Biden with a 3-point advantage over Trump, which was also within the survey’s margin of error."

This is why I say, unless something changes drastically, it looks like MN will go to Trump.

Do you know if any of the polling firms changed their methods at all after 2016?
