@surt It doesn't and that's a different point now, so you've wisely moved on.
You say "moved on" but I never mentioned republicans I just called out the behavior at the debate.
You're declaring victory over a point I never even made. You do you.
If he isn't gonna have police go door to door to get guns then he can't enforce his gun confiscation.
I'm sure *some* would comply and come forth, but not the majority. I'm sure some gun owners would go and give back their shitty or older guns and keep their better ones.
Also, how is it a buy back when the guns were not bought from the government? What exactly are they buying back? Are they behind all arms sales? If so, shouldn't folk suing gun companies over shootings be suing the guv'ment?

Oh, so you watched last night's debate and are speaking from an informed position?
I couldn't bring myself to watch this debate, all the others I watched turned into 30 second garbage statements without depth. It's just how the debates are structured, I have watched Gabbard, Yang and Sanders in long format interviews on joe rogan and ruben report. While I'm not recommending their channels those particular interviews I felt were decent.

I think he's staying on for exposure and possibly hoping he can maybe make VP or ar least a high ranking position in the Dem winner's admin.Cos if he still thinks he can win, he's delusional.
He is just mad, because he was supposed to be the new, young rising star in the Democratic party, and Pete Buttigeig stole all his thunder.

Gosh....that's awkward.
But the gif is sweet. 🙂

I do not think Sanford has a realistic expectation of winning. He is just trying to hurt Trump's chances of winning the general by challenging him in the primary. And to try to salvage what is left of his party after Trump.
Bingo.
He's preemptively setting up a "see, we all didn't drink the Trump Kool-Aid" position, so after Trump is gone the Republicans have some platform to stand on when they go back to telling us they care about family values, honesty, maturity and integrity out of the Oval Office. He's not the only one.

Well it won't work. It's more obvious than ever before that neither party cares about family values, etc. Which is a shame for the country.

Equalization tactics again because Trumpers are cast in a poor light.
-Shit on Democrats ad nauseum
-Republicans do something indefensible
-Equalize by saying both sides are bad
-Rinse and repeat
