You know who keeps Clinton relevant the most? Trump, because he can't stop talking about her. eg He ranted again about her "server" yet again during the interview with Italy's president this week.
Don't know a whole lot about Gabbard, she does seems a wee bit Republican at times, but she does say some sensible things during the debates.

The real question is whether Trumpers will try to walk back their support and rejoin the ranks of establishment Republicans, or splinter off and become a different party. I suppose that depends on whether he is impeached.

Maybe, though we already know what's going to happen if the House does draw articles of impeachment, McConnel's already hinted that he'll control the trial and that the Republican majority Senate will find Trump not guilty.
Yep, Moscow Mitch is giving Trump a free pass now, despite not knowing what may or may not come out in the following weeks/months.
When Trump is out in 2021, the party of Trump Republicans (mostly all) will quickly try and distance themselves from Trump, don't be surprised if they pull out the ole chestnut "we're the party of Reagan" again.
