Would delivering ballots after the law dictates ballots will be accepted, be considered evidence of impropriety (confirmed that this happened)? What about directions to back-date ballots (unconfirmed but under investigation)?
There is quite a large list of eye-brow raising issues going on. Nothing really and truly ground breaking. Definitely enough to raise an eyebrow in such tight races. If it wasn't occurring in such a tight race, I don't think anyone would care.
