Mental health provision has been obliterated thanks to politically motivated cuts to the NHS. Some conditions have as much as a 16 year waiting list.

The average treatment now has a 2 year waiting list.

Be better, do better. Don't waste your brains and life away on substance addictions. If you lived closer, I would force you to work out with me each day. Working out is a great obsession you can use to help with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

You've done much better this last year or so with no lashing out at others with hate and vitriol. You're changing and becoming a better person. I think your alcohol abuse is within reach to get rid of. One of your last major obstacles you need to overcome to become the next level of a great man.
