Alright, it is starting to happen.
Prepare for your civil wars:
Trump just won two major cases in PA.
A Pennsylvania judge has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign by concluding segregated ballots should not be counted. Further, the judge found that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar lacked the "statutory authority" to change election law just days before Election Day."[The] Court concludes that Repsondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code...for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar's interpretation and application oof the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar," the ruling states. "Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated."
Last week U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate ballots that arrived after Election Day.
The votes in PA are 45K apart.
That's still too far apart and I don't see how Trump thinks he make up 45K votes. But if the votes that arrived after legal allowance of 8PM, then that's a shitload of Biden votes tossed out. Remember, many of those votes were also Trumps. Sure, they were in a ratio of 5 to 1 or 8 to 1, but that's still a 45K vote gap.
That would bring Biden back to to 270 ECs and Trump up to 237. NOT enough votes to overturn the election. Final EC would end up at 270-252 which is still not enough for Trump to weasel a win.
Trump would have to overturn the results of at least 1 more state. And I think Backfire and I completely ruled out Nevada.
Remember, PA is not overturned, yet. Trump just won a case that is the first major step needed to overturn PA. Until Trump can bring Biden below 270 ECs, there's no chance at all for Trump to win.
Edit -
Did some digging.
Politico, a known anti-Trump quantity, says this only stops 10K votes left to be counted:
That means it keeps Biden's lead pretty much where it is. The only way Trump can try to reverse PA is if he can prove tens of thousands of votes were back-dated. Perhaps a few hundred. Maybe a few thousand. But tens of thousands? I don't think it's possible for a handful of corrupt USPS folks to pull that off without all of it being obvious and caught. It would be found in the system/audits. It's just wishful thinking from Trumpers.
It’s an interesting but not wholly unexpected development. The other PA lawsuit where he’s trying to get votes that were counted when he claims his poll watchers were not allowed to view the count is the only way he can win PA. And from what I’ve read of that case the judge seems extremely skeptical of such claims.
This thing is hella over. Hella. Anyone is free to go on hoping he wins until December if you want, but that's your energy wasted.
I never thought I'd call Hillary gracious, but in regards to her calling Trump at 230 AM on the night it became apparent she had lost, she beat Trump all to pieces. Real bad look from him right now.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
For something that's "wishful thinking", you seem to be monitoring the situation quite A BIT....
Are YOU one of the people making the wish (and you DO NOT avoid culpability by not directly voting Trump😉😘😂😂😂)????🤔😑😶.....

Yes, I am monitoring the situation very very very closely. Looking at every lawsuit that the Trump team have. When an upset can occur. And when Trump gets shut down. This is literally the biggest lawsuit/upset that Trump just won. And no one is talking about it. Why?
And, yes I most certainly do avoid culpability by not voting for Biden and Trump. People like you and others who voted for the sexual predator, warmongering, racists are the problem, not me.
I didn't vote for those kinds of people: you did. You and the Trumpers are the problem because you keep voting for pieces of shit and they (Biden and Trump) keep getting elected.
I do my best to dissuade everyone around me to stop voting for GOP and Democratic folks at the national level. It's rather simple: stop voting for someone who has a D or and R.
And in my state, I'm fighting to remove the barrier of entry on the ballots, RCV, and other anti-corruption measures. Other than blogging, what are you doing to change the pollical landscape for the better?
I don't always spend years gaslighting and trolling 24/7 for a civil war...
but when I do, I do it because I want to hide in another man's bunker and freeload, eating his food, drinking his water, combing his chest hairs, peeing while sitting down, allowing him to plow my gf if the mood takes him, etc

That's kind of weird of you, bro. Not gonna lie.
But at least you've admitted the truth.
Edit - You're not welcome in my bunker.

By voting for Biden, you voted for policies like Trump's.
I win the moral high-ground. You can't shame me for being a Trump Supporter when I never supported Trump. But I can blame you for voting for people who have policies similar to Trump's, like Biden and most establishment Democrats.
🙂
Edit - Stop ruining America with your votes for giant pieces of shit like Biden and Trump.
