If our elections are rigged how did the Mitch McConnell win re-election? If it was rigged Democrats would not have lost seats in the House and they would have won the Senate.

Some of the judges on these cases I think were appointed by Trump, so if they were corrupt you'd think he would be seeing positive outcomes...

Have you read any of the court transcripts or post-decision discussion?
It's not illegal to go on the news and say "LIES and FRAUD!". In front of a judge, they present highly questionable affidavits, and change their tunes massively.
If you knowingly lie in court, you can get disbarred and lose your licence. It's hilarious watching a press conference vs. a court discussion.

I think this election if anything is evidence of the power of America's democracy.
It was such a divisive election, and it was massive. Hundreds of millions of people voted in a pandemic and it was relatively smooth. Just think of the logistics of that. Insane.
At the same time, Democrats won the POTUS, Republicans kept the Senate and turned some seats in the House. It's perfect evidence of democracy at work.
Also, I wager a few republicans of a not insignificant size will vote for the Senate as republican but not for Trump because they're sick of his shit.

No, if we were seeing positive outcomes then it means they were doing their jobs properly. Also, just because a judge may've been appointed by Trump doesn't mean they won't stab him in the back or that they haven't been corrupted after becoming a judge.
They don't have to necessarily agree with Trump but they should at the very least look at the friggin' evidence. They don't even bother with that much though. And don't give me that "maybe there is no evidence to look at" BS excuse.
Trump's lawyers wouldn't be bothering to pursue this so hard if they didn't have actual evidence to back up his claims. Hell, just the hundreds of sworn affidavits alone is evidence even if you think several hundred people (not all of whom were republicans) are all lying lol.
Anyway, although I think it's wrong that so many judges are throwing the cases out without even bothering to consider the evidence the up side is that it means that the cases get to the Supreme Court much faster.

But if they can rig a presidential election surely they could rig senate elections too. They would know that a big part of their agenda would require that they control the Senate.
