They concentrated most of their focus on the presidential election and only in certain important battleground states. It would've been much harder for them to get away with cheating everywhere and getting everything they wanted.
Their priority was the presidential office which is why many of the fraudulent votes in important swing states were marked for Biden only and none of the other races were checked off. It would've taken them much longer to make fraudulent votes in every democrats favor.
The way they shut down on election night for two or three hours was already suspicious enough as it was.
Actually, they did try rigging it in 2016 as well and they probably actually stole several states for Hillary. Fortunately, they were too incompetent and disorganized at the time to overcome the huge turnout numbers for Trump then so Trump still won despite the cheating.
They have obviously gotten much better at it with practice and they've been planning and preparing it for a long time. This was a massive fraud operation that took on many forms. It wasn't just the usual dead people and illegal aliens voting this time. It went much deeper than that.
I still think the chinese realeased covid onto the world on purpose and that influencing the 2020 election was a major reason (among others) that they did. The CCP didn't want Trump to win.
Covid gave the democrats a valid excuse to push hard for the mail-in voting scam and they also used it to force republican poll watchers to stay back far enough that they couldn't read the ballots or see what the election workers were doing with them. Of course many of them weren't even allowed in the same room as them and the windows were covered up to prevent many from seeing inside.
Then of course there was the huge problems with the voting machines as well. This was just an all around massive fraud operation.
