Weapon H

not that it needs saying but flash is a completely different character than superman and it has been shown--repeatedly--that he does see and interact with the world differently. he could also simply peed steal for the win. thinking of other ways for flash to win is a challenge though. the other difference is of course one tiny hit from wh ends it--a thunderclap would literally turn flash to goop.

You would have debate this primarily powerset for this to be a fight. Using on panel showings, Flash is terrible. Titus treated him like fodder. Grundy. Damage. Konvikt... etc, etc... debating powerset, Flash beats anyone that's name isnt Galactus. Using comics as a reference for the character, Weapon H stands in one spot as Flash pounds on him and ends it with a thunderclap.

What on panel showings does Weapon H have to say he can tag a speedster, any speedster?

In a comic, he's afraid of fighting a talking gorilla in close quarters.

On forum, he can assrape TOAA and Presence at the same time, all while educating carver9 well enough for him to get a PhD.
