Sadly, unless writers actually retcon what has happened already, it’s fair game in the forum. It’s also not something that happens very rarely. For a guy who can is the fastest person, there is little reason who him to steal speed but he has done it a lot. I believe the flash characters have done it 2-3 times in 2018 alone. With speed steal he should easily be top High Herald.

He wins this by making Weapon X a statue. Otherwise, if we exclude the speed steal, it’s going to be much harder. I don’t know how many IMP would it take to kill/hurt weapon X
