Based on feats, the Death Star all the way. The Death Star has actually destroyed planets before whereas Ego has not withstood anything close to planet-busting attacks before, so we have no idea if he could. What's more, he does not have the Death Star schematics, so he won't know about the weak spot.

Depends on some factors.

Like distance and if MCU Ego as the planet can travel through space. Otherwise it's a sitting duck at the mercy of the Death Star which can one-shot it from millions of miles away.

Ego in Avatar form on his ship will be able to destroy TIE Fighters and such with ease, but not so sure Kurt Russell could take out the Death Star.
