Both of these instances are an inferior version of Dormammu as well. The second scan you can see the entire dimension burning and what's more impressive is that Umar, Mordo, Clea and Strange himself were all working together in order of containing his powers....Meaning Dormammu's anger was enough to destroy the DD even when contained by multiple powerful beings.
It must be noted that Clea herself was extremely unaware of many adjacent realms in the DD, so she still didn't know its full size when made that statement. The Book of Vishanti even classifies the DD as a bigger cluster than the 616.

Just to add I suspect beings like Dormy are more powerful in their home dimension.

Marvel acknowledge the Dark Dimension being composed of multiple realities into one. It's even referenced as a parallel universe of the 616 during X-Force#69

Anti-Monitor is one of the only beings that can access the 6th Dimension. He's a universal buster, and Darky stalemated him.
