And even without magic and power draining, he has anIron Man type suit and an army of super advanced robots. He is also a dictator and gets international immunity.

No, I do not want everyone to be stronger but doom is not. He will need allies or opportunity as in secret wars. He was not the big bad he just capitalized against a weakened foe because that is who he is a Loki type. When Thanos is involved he is the driving force. Thanos is the big bad doom is not and people need to be ok with that. The MCU has done something that will never be surpassed with Thanos. Trust me.
