The guy was probably hypnotized by his hammer and thought he was on KMC. He 'hit send' but in actuality he was forging his ultimate work; The Dark Smiter for the Good Pope's return. Sometimes visualizing he's forging ultimate posts/smithing is how he gets those molecular sharp points both on KMC and in his shop. And sometimes he just gets lost in the clang off his anvil.
