Batfamily , hard. With Kryptonian tech, they can rewrite Tony's DNA on the fly.

With their own tech, they can block psionics (which renders the Endo Sum armour useless) or just hack the crap out of Tony.

Albert will prob only focus on one of these points though.

doubtful, but possible i suppose. he isn't hacking a phantom zone ray regardless. some of the offensive weaponry in there is def capable of one-shotting him. his armors, unmanned, are basically fodder. i mean there's a motherbox in there that bats is already familiar with along with several superman robots that would wreck his armors. he MIGHT hack them, i guess, but it would be hard to do while bats was smashing him in the kryptonian warsuit. and that's just the most basic stuff in there. even if he could hack some of the tech, not sure he could do it in time. and he really has no defense against a mb or the pz. /shrug

Tim IS smarter than Stark. He was able to tinker with Kryptonian tech, improve on Ray Palmer's shrinking tech, Batman himself stated he was smarter than him, which is the very reason he hired Tim in the Batfamily, Rebirth and Post. He was able to surprise and get of out Mr. Oz's prison, twice, etc... Future Tim also took down Batman and Superman. He's easily top 5 smartest on DC earth.
