Hell, even Alfred goes on missions and hacks advanced computers.

In short: Batman is good with tech. He is familiar with Kryptonian tech. His computer has kept one of the best technopaths in DC out. His team has members who are even better than him, and who have created computers even more advanced.

It's not a given that Tony would be able to hack Kryptonian tech, especially with these guys being able to create programs to protect it.

Tim also constructed a gun to one-shot Doomsday. Insane. Doomsday evolved and reformed, but still.

Batfamily , hard. With Kryptonian tech, they can rewrite Tony's DNA on the fly.

With their own tech, they can block psionics (which renders the Endo Sum armour useless) or just hack the crap out of Tony.

Well if Doom of all people can't just easily hack Tony, its likely gonna be a long drawn out fight for most anybody else. And what do you mean about the endosym armor and psionics?

The tech Tim has access to is superior to Tony's, IMO.
