Kitty reacts to lasers, phases in multiple ways, can remain phased for weeks on end, disrupts bioelectricity, can phase into your mind, is literally a ninja, can remove organs whilst phased, is the best martial artist of the xmen outside of Prodigy and Cipher (who basically cheat),

she teaches Xmen for a reason, and she was trained by both Wolverine and Ogun and damn near killed Wolverine when they fought. In EVERY version of her.

I mean the fact that she toyed with Lady Deathstrike who makes Wolverine look like a white belt is enough

But that's with her phasing powers. Not purely with skill.

With powers on, you might as well argue Hulk is the best there is in h2h combat.

No. She had Lady DS in a killing position, but Lady DS outskilled and outmaneuvered her.

Then she used her phasing powers.

The starting distance gives Kitty the advantage. She gets my vote.

nice outmanuevering. Too bad Kitty had already moved in the scan to put her hand in the exact same phased where, should it have been a martial arts match, would've blocked the attempted blow. She had her in a killing position TWICE.

Idk if alot are knowledgable on Midnighter tbh

but my own case is Midnighter wouldn't know about the fight before it starts Kitty Pryde is NATURALLY phased. She is only solid if she concentrates.

To put this simply, his computer only gives him the way to win if it's possible. It isn't possible here. He can't touch her, she's faster, she's able to take him out without physical contact, and she can just go undetectable and rip out his brain at literally any time, as he's too slow and lacks any way to actually stop her.

Here's a simple explanation about the differences between her once and her now. Her fear, her mental blocks, and her lack of training made her have to hold her breathe, or stay solid as much as possible. Nowadays she can just chill phased. And does. A lot.
