Not sure. As Surtur says there'd be a good chance they recognize those as a public square and so would say that yes, it should be extended to them. Otoh, the opposing argument of course is that private companies can do whatever they like on their own platforms & so government shouldn't interfere. Problem is that those big companies like twitter or facebook are all damn near being monopolies. I realize there are other platforms but they don't get near as much of the amount of traffic as platforms like the two I mentioned above.
So I'm not really sure what the founders would decide but I'm leaning towards thinking that they would agree that free speech should extend to them.
