It's possible. The issue is we're not sure how much leeway we get with their powers against each other. For example, Witch King can't use his fear aura on Night King because he's not a normal person, also I don't believe he had anything to fear as he already commanded death itself. Would he be able to shatter Night King's ice weapons, or would NK's weapons shatter WK's sword? They're both so esoteric and vaguely explained that it's hard to guage.
The Witch King is not immune to attacks from men. The hobbit hurt him just fine with his magic sword. No man can kill him because he's destined to be killed by Éowyn, that's all. The prophecy said "not by the hand of man will he fall", and the prophet was being a dick about it. He basically thought "The Witch King gets killed by a woman, I'll tell him no man can kill him".

Exactly. Now, in the books at least, the Nazgul do have some form of warding spell on them that grants them some degree of invulnerability. This spell was undone by Merry's "sword" which was (once more in the books) actually a magical blade intended for fighting against the undead.

Like you said, magic sword. Those are like Witch Kings dragon glass. He was pretty much immune to anything else, even Galdalfs powers.
That sword was specifically designed to nullify his invulnerability. If Merry hadn't struck him with it Éowyn wouldn't have been able to do anything to him.
