Sonic the Hedgehog (2019)

My kid had a blast, so that means absolutely nothing to me, as we enjoy completely different things! 😛

Well this is a movie made for kids it's rated PG after all.

So it won't be for everyone

Oh, as long as it’s GOOD i’ll like it; I enjoy kids movies.

It was pretty good but only a 1 Time watch for me...

Yeah its more of a kids movie it had some cool moments its more about friendship tho...

I had a blast watching this. It's a rock solid kids movie and a ton of fun. The plot doesn't hold together, but who cares?

speed feat and the post credit scene?

The bar fight was hilarious! It was quite reminiscent of Quicksilver's feat in Days of Future Past and even the boxing match scene in Sherlock Holmes when Holmes analyzed everything he was going to do in a fraction of a second.

Overall, I was impressed by Sonic's speed in this even though it's incosistent.

Which post credit scene? The Tails one intrigued me. The Robotnik one on the mushroom planet made me laugh.

Sonic was pretty much Quicksilver light before the boost he got at the end...

Gotta love them hating on Sonic...

So BOP is not only the most awful DC movie ever but its least successful As well...

Here's hoping after this, we start getting more VG movies. This and Detective Pikachu(that one did decent right?), shows that VG can be good movies if the effort is put forth and they don't spew out something like the Mario Bros movie.

One puts in effort, they get rewarded..

I don’t know how anyone is surprised a family oriented action/comedy, made more than an R rated violent chick flick.

BoP would probably get a better reception if fans of it would stop ***ing all over Sonic for no reason. Just because the movie isn't doing well, is no fault of another.

Have you guys watched the animated series? I remember one was pure comedy and it was very fun. The other series was quite dark but nicely done.

I vaguely remember the original TAS series. The other, you mean X? Same thing, I wasn't particularly fond of Chris though..

Sonic underground where their siblings was pretty dark for a Sonic theme series. The dark tone, the comedy and story was well blended, and that’s why it was one of my favorite 90’s cartoon.

Plus the theme song was ****ing sick.
