What's with making I.C.E. out to be jackbooted thugs?

Aside from being a VERY partisan take on them, it's also one the core Trek audience wouldn't likely buy into, considering for the most part they happen to be libertarians.

liberals, not libertarians.

Nah, libertarians.

Go to a convention or two, you'll find mostly the type who would vote Republican.

nope, most Trekkies are liberal. Libertarians are simply republicans who like porn more than they should as they struggle to get laid... That much is true.

Have yet to finish, but I don't like what they've done with Q.

He was an ass, but he was also usually in the right of it. They dialed the "god is a jerk" up to 11 and removed any of the cosmic wisdom or subtle guidance he used to possess.

Essentially he's become a psychopath with god powers. Which he never WAS, not really (In fact he clearly had great respect for Picard, as seen when he complimentef him on saving time and space yet again in the series finale)

You should probably watch until the end…

But yeah hes a total maniac in this.

****ing hell, poor Beverly.

Why do they look so freaking old, it's the 24th century I would expect skin care to be top notch.

If they got some of that MCU de-ageing tech, they could do some good work.

^ Well we know the 24th century hasnt cured baldness so… its fine theyre mortal, they age.

But annoyed me they didnt use the de-aging thing on Data in S1. That was silly AF.

Hey. Hey. That's different.

Guessing Worf will die a warriors death towards the end of the series, can't have the #1 Klingon badass dying of old age, just unseemly.

loved the premiere.. made me miss TNG even more

Really good first episode. Season as a whole is said to be great. Even better than SNW which was amazing itself.

Also loved The Titan as well

Was a decent 1st episode, but it's riding on the back of a meh season 1 and a meh to just okay at times season 2, so I'm expecting it to turn sour soon enough.

They did put out ST: Strange New Worlds last (7 good eps, 2 okay ep & 1 shit ep), which was a breath of fresh air in what has been an otherwise cabbage-n-eggs fart riddled Star Trek basement, so hopefully I'm wrong and Picard S3 is great.

liked the 2nd episode.. seeing worf in action once more.. HELL FRACKING YEAH

Also said it on instagram so shall say it here.. Whoever did Michael Dorn's make up deserves an award.

please give WORF HIS OWN SHOW

Spoiler:
expect Sisko soon.
Spoiler:
changelings

Oh I hope not, ruining Picard is one thing but I don't need to see a native/bitter/pathetic shell like Picard has become. And 7 for that matter.

Basically like the show or not the cynicism of Picard is undeniable, everyone has horrible qualities now.
