A. Did not see the last two avengers films.

On the contrary EG makes the events of Iw irreversible. 1 chance out of 14 million all hinging on a rodent walking around letting Antman loose. That is just one aspect that needs to play out of the many for the heroes to have 1 chance with a time travel heist.
