honestly,right now, current TOAA==Perpetua/DM, well thats my opinion..

if anyone can prove that TOBA IS == TOAA, then he wins, but I have no knowledge about that, and WF wins this for me..

Yeah, no one has proven that TOBA = TOAA, apart from their names. It's like saying you'd get eye damage from a torch - then argue you'd also get damage from darkness, lol.

is TOBA really that powerful if hes only universal? I say universal because marvel announced (read a news in KMC) that the 2099 is the main timeline, soo that means the timeline where TOBA eats everything is only in that timeline/universe.

Is he more powerful than TOAA, well we don’t really have answer, but TOBA is able to mess with the plans of TOAA just based on how the Sentience of the 8th Cosmos reacts to his current predicament. The plan was for the 8th Multiverse to die, and Galactus and Franklin Richards were meant to move into the 9th. Clearly TOBA is strong enough to mess with the Grand Design, provided he latches onto Bruce and sticks there for duration of the 8th multiverse’s lifespan.

3. Bruce theorises that Knull is an aspect of TOBA so the devil figures like Mephisto and Knull are likely the "Many hands" of the one below all.

Yeah but the while 8th Cosmos thing occurs in a non canon reality.

So we still have no proof that TOBA = TOAA, let alone more powerful. The fact that he needs a puppet to open a door, when TOAA needs no such thing, means he's not that powerful.

obviously he has to be as powerful as toaa if Toaa will be stepping in to intervene with Toba in future comics which was stated by Al Ewing.. and actually it is canon. where was it stated that it was non canon ?. and he actually don’t need a puppet where does it says he needs a puppet? but let’s not forget that toaa has puppets 😂

TOAA doesn't need one though.

It doesn’t says the living plane it just says that world. you're not making a point. if you REALLY think the one below all needs a host to survive or be in the living plane then stop reading comics. PERIOD.
