Nice quality of life change in the last patch.

Bell bearings for upgrade materials will stay accessible in the Twin Maiden Husks shop on NG+ now. You won't have to find them again on each playthrough anymore.

That's a big win.

This was a tremendous game. I gave it an 8/10. The only thing that felt missing with all soul type games, was the lack of interaction between the character and other NPCs. I feel that if they were to ever create towns with actual people, that these types of games would be complete. I always imagined that Hell would be a lot like these games if such a place existed.

Many have probably already seen it, but here's the latest balance patch notes. It's pretty big. A big change to PvP scaling, so it will be easier to balance. Some weapons, shields and other mechanics adjusted. Sorceries, Incantations and Skills have been re-balanced, which is great -- many of them were either trash or just simply outclassed by other abilities.

Play something actually good like Salt and Sanctuary. 😛

By acting this way you're more likely to get people to dig in their heels and shit on the indie games you like rather than play them. Which is a shame because Salt and Sanctuary is a genuinely great game and one of the best non-From Soulslikes.

You should also kill yourself. 👆

Couldn't I just genuinely think Elden Ring shite? 🙂

If it wasn't Fromsoftware, it would be just another indie imo.

This is one of those times where you can tell even cdtm doesn't believe what he's saying.

We appreciate you trying to spice things up though. 👆

No, you can't.

People should totally play Salt and Sanctuary though, either way. 🙂

True. S&S is a good game.

GOTY. Hell ya.

It's hilarious. Even though I don't care about GOTY awards, I do love that the haters are triggered by Elden Ring winning.

Long live Miyazaki.

Horizon Zero Dawn crew was talking shite form the start, can only imagine their reaction.

Yeah. A lot of the God of War crew did too, and all the "objective" video essayists/critics on Youtube.

It just pleases me knowing they're going "REEE!" right now.

Heck, I'd have been just as happy if Stray or Xenoblade Chronicles 3 won. As long as they rage, I'm good.

Meanwhile, Horizon didn't take home a single award.

What did the God of War crew say?

Just hit me cdtm meant the Horizon devs when he said "crew."

I meant the vocal segment of GOW fans rather than the devs. Didn't mean to confuse.

Ragnarok was a complete disappointment. It was worse than GoW 2018. The rave reviews baffle me.

I'm very glad ER won instead. Well deserved.

I'm hesitant to play ER because of the inexcusable performance issues. There's no reason this game shouldn't be able to hit a consistent 60 fps in performance mode while having such mediocre graphical prowess.
