No, obviously it wouldn't be the same states lol. If you had to ask that question then it's clear you didn't watch the video. It would be the left/the establishment/government vs the patriotic constitution-defending right (which would no doubt be labelled "the rebels" by the government), not "North vs South" as it was in the first civil war.

But, yes, this video broke down in much better detail what I've been talking about for ages: you do not want a left-right civil war. It ends with the annihilation of the left. You can say goodbye to you 80 genders, pride parades, abortions, etc. You'll go back in time dozens or even hundreds of years in the social progress we've made.
The things I want to keep would be gone. The things I want gone would also go away. It's a mixed bag of good and bad. The far better solution is a peaceful solution where the left is tempered into reality and maturity is instilled into leftist ideals. Also, the media needs to be more responsible.

Perhaps they are deserving of condemnation. But, I can't help but feel if he claimed the opposite of everything he says, his legacy would be used as affirmation of the rightness of their position.
The point is, you can't have your cake, and eat it too. It can't only be ignorant anti-science when it's your position, yet a defamed scientist crackpot who deserves to be stripped of all his achievements in science when it's against your position.

I have seen some IQ Test apologists state that it could be an issue with the IQ tests being calibrated in such a way that it shows a disfavor towards certain ethnicities. I know, that sucks because it's just a fancy way of saying, "He's right and we need to calibrate our tests so it accounts for this cognitive weakness we see in a particular group."
Also, what's wrong with using Gene Therapy and modifications to make all women more beautiful? All men? All babies healthier and smarter?
