Yes, let us ask ourselves what could he possibly have to gain by doing this if it were true before we jump on the bandwagon.

Google it. He was ordered by the court to send over a huge volume of his documents to the families's lawyers. Supposedly, it was in that.

So no, he didn't just email it to them for the lulz.

Anyway, he's got a very good lawyer (whom Alex had on his show 2 or 3 days ago) who is going to defend him. I have no doubt Alex will be completely & utterly vindicated.
