His defense is very weird, he apparently forwarded emails from other people that were pertinent to the lawsuit of which he claims he never opened/read/knew of their content in the first place. Why would he send these, if he didn't know what they entailed.

The FBI should be able to trace the source and even possibly who accessed what, unless there was some heavy scrubbing done beforehand; of which I believe they'll be able to note if this was done. So Jones' will likely be cleared or go down for this.

That's not an unreasonable 'this or that' scenario. With Jones' though, I don't know, even if he isn't a legit pedo, I could see him not fully thinking things through and sending this kind of shit as some weird "f**k you; I'll make you look like pedos!" move.

Just knowing what I know about the kinds of things Alex is constantly and vehemently speaking out against on his show, it just doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever for him to be the one actually behind this.

Keep in mind the title to this thread is misleading. If you click the actual link it is for the WSJ, and while you won't be able to read most of the article unless you pay for it, you can see the title. Which says this stuff was not sent to the victims, but rather the lawyers for the victims.

If he wanted to make people think those suing him were pedos sending the child porn to the lawyers doesn't make any sense.
