Hal isnt beating Thanos under normal circumstances.

It's been forgotten a bit, but Thanos is still an absolute unit of tankiness. Blasting him is the worst way of going about beating him.

Or you could post Thanos fighting his way through a energy attack that was destroying him on a cellular lvl reducing him to a Skeleton to which he fully regenerated from. Or even multiple energy blasts Thanos survived that was killing marvel hero’s such Surfer, Thor and Hulk in 1 shot.

Sure, he just has the ring and willpower enough to kill Krona but a random celestial crystal is supposed to be impressive?
