Hal tanked attacks from Mogo amped on hundreds of Lanterns including elite Lanterns like Kyle and John. Also from Cyborg Superman amped on phantom ring.
Thanos has never no sold Hulk, let alone Hulk and Drax.
No, he didn't. Those attacks were less than moon busting as specifically stated by Annihilus.
Absorbing a power source isn't a feat. Akhenetan (normal human) also did it.

Wow. Akhenaten absorbs a speck of the HOTU and the process takes a thousand years or more. Thanos absorbs the entire thing in seconds and is able to do so because of his ability to absorb power and through sheer will.
