Major casting update!https://www.avclub.com/netflix-casts-sandman-s-death-desire-and-constantine-1846975288
I utterly baffled as to why they felt it necessary to include the pronouns of the characters.
Also, I hate Patton Oswalt.
Everything we know, so far:

I’ve never read any of the source material for Game of Thrones. I genuinely tried to watch the HBO series and it was like watching paint dry; I dropped it after season one. However, the fact that I’m not a fan of said franchise doesn’t negate the fact the it’s a wildly successful series with a rabid fan base.
Neil Gaiman had better bring his A-Game if he’s gonna already compare the Netflix adaptation of his comic book the Sandman to GoT.
I sincerely hope this isn’t bastardized beyond repair like Preacher, Sweet Tooth, and Y: The Last Man were.
We deserve a proper adaptation of such a prestigious Vertigo title like the Sandman.

American God's bore zero resemblance to the book.
I have reservations from what I have seen already for Sandman.
But, I hope.

Or cancel it after one season.
The Sandman is the greatest and most sophisticated graphic novel ever written.
Yeah, it was pretty frustrating when there was that "Gaiman is a hack" crap making the rounds. What was that even about?
If this works out, I wouldn't mind seeing the best Starman graphic novels adopted. The one with Jack Knight.
