Ozy punches faster than Bucky visually and what's referenced in the bullet catch. Before you address this please address the more important point that's below.

Also, it doesn't matter who punches faster (the faster puncher in boxing or mma isn't always the winner). Ozy's main advantage is his super reflexes and perceptions and skill.
