1. Wrong. She was portrayed to be at least a peer to Superman in movement speed AS OF MOS.

2. Not really no. Speed = Distance/Time. The distance is not that far so can be estimated. And the time can also be measured.

1. Mos Superman is the same character as JL Superman, unless you can prove that Superman received an amp.

2. Distance can be measured yes but not time. This is because she appeared to teleport. That means she appeared to arrive at her destination instantly (no time elapsed). If you disagree then please prove otherwise.
