Psi lord was also unable to read her mind unless she lowered her shields. He dragged out a battle deliberately making her use them as much as possible knowing at the time she couldnt maintain them long

Also X4 (where Emma TPd her thru shield) if I'm not mistaken isnt canon.
Because she just awoke from a really long coma and believed that she still had all of her powers. The F4 recovered Jean in that cocoon like thing from the bottom of the bay. Jean could barely even stand up, and didn't have TP.
A lot of it is explained in Fantastic Four #286, where your scans and the above scans in my link comes from.

So again Jean did not have her telepathy at this time. It was revealed shortly after this in X-factor, that she lost it while incubating in that cocoon in the Jamaican Bay. That's why she couldn't read Sue's mind. She didn't gain it back until her fight with Psynapse on the astral plane. So this is not an example of Sue blocking Jean telepathy but rather blocking telekinesis, of an extremely weak Jean.
Below Onslaught messes with her and bishop's senses through her shields.

Below Cable keeps Sue telepathically hidden from Apocalypse. Meaning that her shields would not have kept Apocalypse from mentally sensing her.

Yes, I'm aware of her son from the future. But he doesn't even try a mental attack against her shields, he just tricks her. Probably didn't want to risk hurting mommy too bad.
I think you are confusing X4 with Ultimate X4 as X4 refers to Marvel's continuity all throughout the limited series.

It's canon, there has never been any doubt about this.

This is...so weird.
And I do mean weird.
Beatboks already had this discussion in a battlezone, and it was he who brought up Jean not having TP in the instance he mention in this thread.
http://www.killermovies.com/forums/f105/t648616.html
DS would have us believe that Sue's shields protect her from Jean's TP because of an out of context scan showing Sue not TP sensed by a version of Jean that unknown to her didn't possess TP at the time. Does anyone really buy that??
.........?
And in the same mini-tourney the Emma scan was brought up:
http://www.killermovies.com/forums/f105/t649370.html
...so he'd know it's not canon.
........?
Its my vague memory of that and another debate that made me come to this conclusion.
I recalled being beaten in two tourneys by someone using Sue against TPers and showing her blocking TP with shields (and then googled her vs TP when this came up). I could remember one was vs Jean and another was a team one vs Hank King (Brainwave Jnr).
I thought I'd lost both because I got that wrong. I remember one judge saying in the Bw Jnr one that the emma scan wasnt canon when I used it.
If thats not the case then clearly I'm wrong. I've never really read much FF so basing purely on what Ive been shown in debates

KMC judges are not infallible. Far from it.
It is canon, it's packed with a shitload of references and takes place in the "Astonishing" era of Whedon's X-Men.
It just shouldn't be confused with the Ultimate mini-series with the same title, as Supermutant said.

That being the case then I'm obviously wrong and MMH wins via TP.
Funny thing is I'd considered picking Sue in a team tourney on another site as protection from TP on the back of gettin my but kicked twice with a TPer against her. That would have backfired on me, wouldn't it?

Tbf, the judges ruled in my favour because later on in that exact series, Susan kicks Emma's arse in a quickdraw contest....

It wasnt our match I'm referring to that stilman replied to. It was a match on another site where I had BW Jnr. When the jean scan came up I used the emma one and a voter stated it wasnt canon.
Sue is so annoying.
Writers do whatever they want with her... either she'll be portrayed as a feeble b*tch who can get pimpslapped by anyone or she'll threaten to blow up everyone's insides before the fight even starts.
She needs to go back to her Invisible Girl persona, that's what worked the best.
Good times. Stan was the man.

This is what happens when it's a fully rested Jean vs a mind controlled bloodlusted Sue :
Jean's TK vs Sue's forcefields. PS Jean still didn't have her TP here. Notice it was Sue that initiated the attack and Jean beat back her force power.
