Mxy's claims don't matter if they don't line up with his previous showings. It's also possible that Mxy simply isn't aware of the higher planes that he couldn't destroy. The 5D universe exists in the same bubble as the numbered worlds, just on another dimensional plane. Destroying his own dimension doesn't show that his power extended past Orrery of Worlds. It's also important to remember that this feat happened YEARS before an official map of the multiverse was released. It's not gonna line-up 1:1
1.) Wrong. That was the one and only time that Mxy has ever truly wanted to destroy all of creation. Most other times he chooses not to act on that scale, because destroying everything is boring to him:
"I actually grasp the concept that if you obliterate reality, then there's nobody left to play with!"
2.) Wrong. The 5th dimension is OUTSIDE the multiverse... OUTSIDE Morrison's Map all together:
3.) Wrong. World's Funnest was released in 2000. By that point it had already been WELL established that realms higher on the dimensional scale utterly dwarf the entire 3D continuum:
4.) Wrong. Even at that time Mxy had knowledge of Ultimator, for example, who was a 10-D being:
And yes, Ultimator is canon:

5.) Wrong. The introduction of Morrison's Map changes nothing -- it just lets us know specifically where things are located. At the end of the day, Mxy still destroyed absolutely everything in DC regardless. Your blind attempts at trying to diminish his showing are laughably ill-informed.
