When Hela broke Thor’s hammer, was she on Earth or Asgard? It’s idiotic to claimed all her feats come from Asgard, when Hela was said to Odin’s sword. For her to be Odin’s destroyer, she had to journey the Nine Realms and subjugate it’s people.

Hela is near unbeatable in Asgard, not that her feats are needed to be on Asgard to be performed. That’s why she destroyed the hammer, then went on to beat both Thor and Loki when Heimdal teleported them.

The Asgard reference has to mean something. The writer was trying to portray something.
I would say she is still powerful outside Asgard. But I believe her regeneration would deplete eventually and perhaps have a limited ability to summon weapons.
Remember energy is not created nor destroyed. Outside Asgard, she would have only a limited amount of energy. Energy to do what?
Certainly not strength, but other things such as I named.

We don't know how fast, durable or skilled she is out of Asgard, ergo Cap wins this base Hela lacking feats.
