You have to take into account the mind control. That being said it places a hard limiter on what hulk can tank. He was one shot yes but he ran face first into a serious, non-holding back Thing.

I'm betting he took a dive. If it was that serious he wouldn't have had the ability to flee the scene the moment that everyone turned their backs. It was either that, or he would've ended Ben's life.

You OBVIOUSLY doesnt know what one shot mean. Ben punched Hulk throughout the fight. Even drew blood at one point. One shot means the only hit. Ben tagged him throughout their fight which means it was NOT a one shot.
