Not on the post you addressed. The crisis Anvil is required to replace a Multiverse, not to create a portal. The hammer appears to be required for both.

Nothing posted proves that all power comes from him, absent the hammer. The need to strike with a certain amount of force clearly doesn't prove this. The hammer is a cosmic hammer and it is not shown that he can do the same with any other hammer.

I think Carver stated that power could very well come from both him and the hammer. What makes that notion wrong beyond DC fanboy bias?

Because nothing is even alluded to power coming from his hammer. Simple as. You and Carv adding theory and hypotheses and attempting to muddy waters doesn't make it so.

I mean, you may as well start saying maybe they draw their power from Perpetua herself, through a special link, the same link that enabled her to hear AM crying for help from Universes away.

At this point, things are just being made up.

Not the case when Suoerman has done it.

Superman with one hell of an amp. He could probably do the same to the mentioned abstracts, to similar effect.

Don't know............Eternity and Dreamer are incorporeal in their true forms, they don't usually operate in solid body forms.

Well, Genis-Vell managed to squash Eternity in the palm of his hand.

Speaking of which, when the hell is someone going to bring Genis back? We never needed another Flash, or another Green Lantern, but someone unique and interesting like insane Genis, that's where they decide to draw the line at permadeath?

Haven't read much about Genis although I am familiar with who he is, but tell me...........how did he squash Eternity in his hand, wouldn't he have to be multiversal himself to manage something like that?

The hammer lighting up and power permeating from it alludes to just that. An example of adding theory and hypothesis is taking a statement of needing the strength to swing with a necessary amount of force as meaning that none of the power comes from the hammer. As if strength is all that is needed to create portals or multiverses.

Thor has to spin his hammer real fast to create portals. If he is to weak to spin it, he cannot create one. So all of the power comes from Thor and none of it from Mjolnir?

Because Eternity allowed it and wanted die.

And dosen't everyone and everything in the universe dies with him?

That was Genis's story, but he was insane.

We do know he really killed him, because the universe ended and Rick Jones was whining at him over it, but that doesn't mean Eternity just let it happen.

Pretty much. Genis and Entropy (The red headed step child cosmic being who wanted to knock his sibling cosmic being off the throne, and let his function happen), and Rick Jones from the Negative Zone, were all having an argument within a white voidless space, post universe.

The universe was restarted, btw, because Entropy didn't have a clue what to do with himself after actually succeeding at universal armageddon, they somehow came to the conclusion that he was always meant to become Eternity himself, and Genis pulled a giant gun out of nowhere and shot Entropy in the head, resulting in a "Big Bang", and a new-old universe with a new Eternity at the head of it.

Thank you, I often wonder why Marvel don't take a page out of DC's book and simply restart their entire universe, they copy from one another so much anyway.

Because that's why DC sucks.

All the reboots gave us World's Funnest, at least.

why is this still open?

no offense to lawest but nothing good has or will come from this.

I didn't keep it going, I just responded to a curious statement someone made.

In Lawest's defense, he is hardly the only poster on this board posting threads such as this one.

Thank you Stilt.

The thread was perfectly fine, I thought. I mean, the OP does allow Hulk to have Superman-level speed, and that's always been one of the main differences between the two.

Plus the allusion to him needing....I dunno, a planet hurled at him from several universes away, nigh instantaneously.

Mjolnir is sentient and houses a galactic storm, trapped by an enchantment so powerful even THE skyfather in Marvel can't break.

Also, you might want to revisit your analogy lmao. If someone is worthy of Mjolnir, whose power do they get? Think real hard lol.
