Superman normally couldn't do anything to the World Forger either. DC tends to have Superman do ridiculous feats because he is their most popular character. Why not have Supergirl or some other Kryptonian "Sun Dip" and do the things Superman does?
DC tends to show their characters do more ridiculous feats period compared to Marvel. DC is kind of like Anime series like DBZ. Instead of making better stories they just tend to make certain characters more powerful.
Marvel could clearly just say World Breaker Hulk has gotten so enraged that he could punch out anybody. But they just don't.

Can't agree about WBHulk however, Marvel will never cap him with a real limit, believe me they are just as bad with him if not worse than DC is with Superman.

Hulk definitely can do it. Superman's punch is not multiversal.
