Odd cos you usually back your claim up by linking to the blaze or the daily wire who's news "story" on "leftist outrage" consists of. .Links to a half a dozen tweets.
They must be excellent "journalists" too.
I give u a star for trying so hard. Usual suspects will bingo you, revel in it.

From the guy who regularly claims "leftists" say/think something outlandish by showing half a dozen morons on Twitter saying it.
I recently learned that's the "nutpicking fallacy." Both sides are guilty of it, to be fair.
But no doubt media outlets love it because it promotes outrage and division.

People doing it on both sides isn't rare.
An individual from one side doing it regularly then complaining when someone on the other side does it is a bit less common.

No not really. And my comment was more gentle ribbing due to the hysteria some folk have over evangelicals and their opinion of Trump. Oh and it makes me smile when you guys generalize cuz...you know which side whines the most about generalizations?
Hint: not the right.
I actually think generalizations are fine.
Though I still standby the fact that it's worse when the media does it. Think of "muslims practice incest a lot" being said by a random person and "muslims practice incest a lot" being the headline of an article of a news outlet. And no doubt *that* generalization would get a lot more hoots and hollers.

Btw you *do* still feel all religions are cults, right? Which is of course what I said. Not that all religions are the same.
Christianity and Islam aren't the same. You wouldn't say Islam isn't a cult...right?

.
Your problem is you generalise over the most bizarre and specific things.
Like last night and your claim that "Brits" wanted a guy locked up for getting his girlfriend's pug to do Nazi salutes. And that that was somehow indicative of "Brits" sense of humour or lack thereof.
Because 1. Most people don't have a clue who count dankula even is.
2. Only 1 person made a ruling on the case (the judge)
3. Even the judge didn't give him a custodial sentence.
4. Most people who did know about the case thought it was ridiculous and a total waste of taxpayer's money
I actually think generalizations are fine
That much is abundantly clear.

If it's worse when the media does it then why do you still link to the media doing it to back up your generalisations?
