Yes but it was his own amp. He seems to have somehow gained all their power. But There was nothing in the film about Sith spirits coming to aid him. I mean aid him against what lol

And pretty sure in canon there are no Sith spirits. Unless Disney has retconned that now. But no mention of them in TROS. No Sith voices or ghosts either.
