No no, PVS is right. The state currently isn't locked down with only essential workers being allowed to continue to work and travel. It hasn't been that way for weeks. I wasn't issued a special letter to indicate my special worker status so that if I am operating under company business, and I get stopped, I present the letter - didn't get one of those. Nope.
He totally got us and this state is completely free. Not locked down at all. No shelter in place orders, all businesses are still open.
And our governor did not release an official statement about our lockdown. And he totally did not issue a renewal on that lockdown on April 1st.
