To start with, the US has tested far more than any other country, by far. Those other countries he mentioned simply didn't test in any reasonable scope.
Additionally, the virus is a SARS virus and it has very well understood shedding, contraction, and infection vectors. We have are honing in an R0, Mortality Rate, and Case Fatality Rate that is quite accurate. We also know, with moderate accuracy, how quickly and how far is spreads in densely populated areas.
We also know that up to 57% of those being counted as COVID-19 deaths in the US could be attributed to any of the other dieases found in the bodies during a study that autopsied bodies that died from COVID-19. We also know that people in the US are directed to count deaths as COVID-19 deaths even if we think the deaths are COVID-19 deaths and other countries do not do this.
We also know from states and other countries which did not "lockdown" like many us states and countries, experienced a milder case and fatality progression compared to the US.
If you ignore all of these facts and have an explicit agenda, you can then open your YouTube video like that person did.
There's no need for me to waste 20 minutes watching a disinformation video like that. I've already thoroughly addressed all angles he tried to cover in the first 1 minute and 20 seconds, and with actual citations to legitimate research.
