Counting people going to church and writing down political engines on lists to blacklist them and track them is something Nazis did, however, if Democrats are doing these things which we have plenty of evidence of, to them that’s not considered Nazism.
Do you know why? Because they said so, that’s their explanation on how it’s different. Because they said so, now if you disagree it doesn’t matter because what you say doesn’t matter because it’s different than what they said so therefore is invalid.

It's always magically different when a democrat does something that they cried over republicans doing.
We saw this with how "sexual preference" was somehow only wrong when republicans use it.
It is similar to how it is wrong when a conservative uses the "okay" hand sign, but totally okay when Obama or AOC use it.
The ok symbol as a sign of racism was a meme from 4chan, in which the hope was to get people to overreact to it by stating it is a symbol of white supremacy. These kind of memes are pretty common, and actual white supremacists start to jump on them, so that both shitposters, people not aware of meme at all or not caring about it, and actual white supremacists use it. It's a bit silly, and mainly meant to divide liberals and conservatives on both sides who are against white supremacism by arguing about something stupid instead.

As a person who studied US History with a focus on slavery and emancipation, it's not at all. The propoganda used to scare people into slave-snitch and fearmonger the northerners is pretty damn close to the bullshit seen in Germany 1929-1944. Same tactics. Same fearmongering. The difference between this pandemic and the above is people are not being executed for breach of this social policy. But some are being detained, arrested, and fined/punished. We are only missing executions. That's a good thing.
