This ties in partially to what I posted a few days ago. It was either The Lancet or Nature that published the meta-analysis of natural v vaccine immunity. One line from your study ties into it particularly.

_Individuals who were both previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 and given a single dose of the vaccine gained additional protection against the Delta variant.

The consensus that seems to be building is that having both the vaccine and natural immunity via infection gives the best protection against reinfection. This is because natural immunity gives protection against a broader range of variants and vaccine immunity gives longer protection and better protection against severe symptoms.
