It’s been shown multiple times, Clark’s powers are ruled by his intent. Clark even made himself powerless because he once’s believe he had no powers.
It’s also been shown multiple times, even mind control, Clark stills holds back instinctively.
That’s why OWAW Clark is a beast of its own. One of the few to outshines OWAW Clark, would be Morrison’s Final Crisis Clark.

JBL was so dedicated to his Supe hate. He made a second account after he lost his password, spent months of not longer trying to recover his main account just to keep his ongoing hate going for Superman. Any reasonable person would have just left but he couldn’t let it go, no not ever.
I always wonder why people consider me a hater on superman.... He's literally ONE of the TOP boring characters to ever be created in comics. majority of his stories are boring, there's nothing to hate about lmao. You call Superman boring, yet your avatar is Logan, one of the most over the top characters in comics, and so one dimensional.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Wolverine, but his arcs in most comics are 1 dimensional.

He is beating the hell out of Bill in a completely one sided fight. That Bill is not yet rendered unconscious before pulling that tactic is splitting hairs. Bill needs to be conscious for plot purposes. Bill is classic Thor's near equal and the writer clearly intends to show Sentry as significantly superior.
In the Sentry mini, he one shots CM and Thor simultaneously.
Regarding OWAW Superman, HP Doomsday wrecks Probes at least as well as Superman and could be interpreted as doing so better. He is ripping their heads off. Jurgen's weaker Superman who can't punch through the shell of a warhead is somewhat able to hold his own against HP DD.
