Ego changes his insides and outside, Atmosphere and terrain as he sees fit. Through molecular manipulation he can be as dense and as hollow as he chooses.
That saying ego doesn’t mentally attack him let alone his antibodies defence and atmospheric/gravitational manipulation.
Firstly, Ego would be able to tap into his mind and find his intentions, where his power come from, his weakness and fears.

His telepathic power was strong enough to not only take an amped prof x who had several alien species mental energy but also knocked them all out and the silver surfer
Reference to him terraforming his body as he wishes

He can form his antibodies through whatever convenient fabric. Here he did it through galactus ship to hold down Thor and hercules
Considering the fact supes would have to come onto ego to move him Ego can control the weather and atmosphere as fit which means a limit on suns radiation for supes

Let’s not forget he also absorbed the energy given off in a star system. This is another problem superman would be facing
Lastly, he can control the gravity within his atmosphere which means supes would have a difficult time trying to stop him.

No. He'd have to stop it's inertia, overcome it's gravity and overpower Ego's strength. Plus he's more than likely to just break thru the crust and head towards Ego's core than push it back. If the surface had a equal level density then I'd say maybe.
