No. He'd have to stop it's inertia, overcome it's gravity and overpower Ego's strength. Plus he's more than likely to just break thru the crust and head towards Ego's core than push it back. If the surface had a equal level density then I'd say maybe.

you could make a case based on these 2 feats

The level of difficulty would depend on what powers Ego is using, at what level, and at what point in history at the time and whether or not Ego is stationary at the time.
