What was Superman REACTING to there in that moon feat?
The only time I saw him in a situation needing reactivity for combat he took a punch while getting swarmed... May not mean much given his focus but again, it's a feat of speed but NOT necessarily one compatible with combat which Supes immediately had the opportunity to demonstrate and, didn't.

When you got to pickup tiny pieces from great distances quickly you’re gonna have to react when you see the piece you need, fly to it. This involves speed, change of direction, quick thinking or... idk everything involved in reaction speed.

If you stacked a million bricks together in two seconds you would be super humanly fast.
Massively hypersonic even. But let me guess, all of a sudden when you throw a punch you wouldn't necessarily be super fast because it's a 'combat situation'.

show us where he did do that in a fight? Because from what I SEE, Supes got jumped and took punches inside the perception of the "age of the universe"? Or... Is this strictly a type of feat that applies to a microscope of itself? Because that's EXACTLY what it looks like.
Clark's perceptions and his cognitive ability to assemble a combat puzzle or react inside of that framework (in-character) are not mutually exclusive. At least, that's how it appears.
