I never got the vibe that Biden had as mush influence over Obama's decisions as Cheney did over Bush for at least Bush's first six years. The last two-ish years, they definitely had marital problems in the bedroom and Bush was questioning the relationship hard.

Cheney was calling the decisions since '05 and Biden was calling the decisions since '12

If you watched Cheney's interviews, he even says that Bush stopped taking his advice the last couple of years. He's wasn't saying it as praise to Bush.

A hypocritical gesture that is supposed to be virtue signaling his solidarity with women and women's issues to distract us from his indiscretions and crimes against women.

And this little ploy by his Democratic Strategic Consultants could not create a more opposite effect than they intended, even if they tried.

All anyone sees is, "Despite Biden's rapiness, he's trying to make it seem like he's a good guy in a weird gesture by returning Louis C.K.'s donation. WTF is wrong with his advisers?"
