A.I research is beginning to highlight a more specific causal link between severity of symptoms and liver disease. It's likely the biggest reason where non obese people are developing severe disease. In obese people it tends to be non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. In bodybuilders it can be because of abuse of orally administered testosterone which can damage the liver when metabolised. Visceral fat in general is being looked at as a more specific cause of severe covid symptoms contributing to organ failure.

I only personally know one person on the Left who is anti-vaccine, but she's only anti for her own personal use, she does not discourage others.
